Everyone that comes to Daycamp needs to fill out a form. Make sure that the forms are filled in completely. These forms can be filled out and saved on your computer. You will need Adobe Reader to use them. Adobe reader is a free download.
Turn your collected forms in to your camp director. If you have campership forms attach a copy of the registration form to it and turn it in to the address on the form as soon as possible.
