Everyone that comes to Daycamp needs to fill out a form. Make sure that the forms are filled in completely. You will need Adobe Reader to use them. Adobe reader is a free download.
Turn your collected forms in to your camp director. If you have campership forms attach a copy of the registration form to it and turn it in to the address on the form as soon as possible.
