Everyone that comes to Daycamp needs to fill out a form. Make sure that you fill the form out completely. These forms can be filled out and saved on your computer. You will need Adobe Reader to use them. Adobe reader is a free download.
Turn your forms in to your pack coordinator or camp director. If you have a campership form attach a copy of your registration from to it and turn it in to the address on the form.
